Fourteen stacks, one emission monitoring system For a 150 MW modular diesel power plant in Pililla, Rizal, EMCC designed, supplied and commissioned a turnkey continuous emission monitoring system covering 14 smokestacks. It remains one of the largest single CEMS contracts in the Philippines.
